Skill / Strength: Team Assault Course where I managed to cut my head open on the rig.
WOD: Those bloody Assault Bikes, I hate them with a passion.

Skill / Strength: Warmed up with 50kg but completed the EMOM with 45kg.
WOD: Attempted Isabel in November 2016 and scaled to 40kg with a Time of 3:49. Went a bit heavier this time with 45kg and a faster time of 2 minutes 14 seconds, BIG improvement in 6 months!

Skill / Strength: The last few of these got tough.
WOD: A short but stinky WOD, RX’s with Kipping Pull-ups and 20kg Plate. Time 5:10

WOD: Used 2 x 15kg Dumbbells, turned into a SweatFest!

WOD: Teamed with Marc: 800m Wall Ball Run, then 6 Rounds of 15 x Hang Power Cleans, and 15 x Burpee Box Jumps.

Skill / Strength: The Houghton Hammer came in at 19.35 seconds
WOD: The Pocket Rocket was very gassy with a time of 16:10. Ed’s Birthday + Bacon Friday!!!!
