WOD: Second attempt at this hoping to shorten the time and increase the Clean. Took 46 seconds off the time and went 6kg heavier.

Skill / Strength: Clean preperation.
WOD: Looked straight forward enough but Round 7 kicked in with a Bang. A steady pace and minimum rest is required. Finished rounds bang on 11 minutes, first Clean @81kg failed, 2nd attempt was good , and then managed an 82kg.

Skill / Strength: Managed 5 Strict Chest to Bar, the rest was mundane.
WOD: Didn’t enjoy this WOD, Strict C2B and Burpee over Box, rather dull to be honest.

WOD: Second attempt at this WOD increased the score by 14, so it was well worth it!
