Skill / Strength:  EMOM with 55kg Pendlay Row

WOD: 17.5kg DB used for SA Thrusters which were ok. Burpee’s took their toll when it came to T2B.  First WOD with Amanada and Max!  Then did 250m Row TT.

Skill / Strength:  1RM Push Press @ 85kg, failed twice to get 92kg!

WOD: Screwed-up on this one, started with Down-ups, then rested for 1 minute, then went into Push Press, then Down-ups again!  Used 65kg bar.

Skill / Strength: WOD Prep, Squats

WOD: Learnt a very valuable lesson today, never pair with Stuart Cressy! He is a machine and will Kill you!! Managed to get through the first sets of 400/40, 300/30, 200/20, 100,10 without too much difficulty. But going back up the ladder it began to take its toll. With the second sets of 200/20, 300/20 completed I began to hit the wall, only managed 300m of the 400m run then 10 KB Swings and my saving grace was 30 minutes was up. Sorry Stuart for holding you back you could of had that in the bag easily without me. Used 24kg KB and 2 x 15Kg DB.

Skill / Strength: Warm-up

WOD: Myself and Jim (Guinea pigs) testing out this new WOD for Jack.  With the two minutes rest it doesn’t look too bad on paper.  The first round was OK with a score of 9!  However the two minutes to recover proved to be a challenge,  my scores the the remaining rounds was 4,5,4,1,1,3.  The 10 Burpee Over Rower was the killer.  The New App Box Mate was made available to us.
