Skill / Strength: Sumo Deadlift using slow Tempo reached 70kg.

WOD: Row was a bit of a slog, but attacked the Cleans at a good pace. Time 6:19

Skill / Strength: I was on the limit with this weight, started with 40kg, went up to 42kg for a couple of rounds, then went back to 40kg.  All un-broken.
