Skill / Strength: 1RM Temp Front Squat @ 90kg
WOD: Short sharp WOD with 8-10 Walking Lunges between sets. 8 Rounds completed, 80 Wallballs.
Monday 13th November 2017
Skill / Strength: Bar Jumps were new.
WOD: Rx’d the first round then went Chest to Bar. The longest 20 minutes EVER!
Tuesday 19th September 2017
Skill / Strength: Front squat previous PR was 101kg, today PR’d with 102kg.
WOD: Teamed with Marc both completed 600m run, and 4 rounds each of Wall Balls and Plank.
Monday 18th September 2017
Skill / Strength: 26kg weighted Pull-up, PR. Max Rep pull-ups was 8 but could and should of pushed for more.
WOD: Scaled the WOD with Single Unders instead of Doubles. Managed a set of 17 pull ups unbroken for the first set.
Friday 15th September 2017
Skill / Strength: 1RM Deadlift @ 170kg PR!
WOD: Not bad, but 1.5 seconds slower than my PR.

Skill / Strength: 100m Sprint UPHILL! 14 and a bit seconds.
WOD: Today’s WOD has been brought to us by Sophie, with the title referencing Charlie’s stamina!

Skill / Strength: 2RM Hang Power Snatch @ 61kg PR! Must learn to squat under the bar rather than muscle it up.
WOD: Did similar WOD in October with 5 sets of 300m. Performance dropped off dramatically with each set.
