Skill / Strength: First shot at Pendlay Row attempt, so settled for a 3RM PR @ 70kg.

WOD: In threes per Rower each taking a turn with approximately 3 minutes between rounds.  Slowest time counts my times 1:21, 1:27, 1:28.  Alpen was 1:32 and Charlie 1:29!

Skill / Strength: EMOM

WOD: Elizabeth with a 50kg bar instead of the RX 60kg.  2nd attempt at this WoD this time heavier and faster. Managed the first set of 21 unbroken. Time 6:37

Skill / Strength: 2 Rounds with 15kg Dumbbells and the last with 20kg.

WOD: We did this WOD last year and I scaled it with a time of 4:49,  took a bit longer this year but RX’d it! Time 6:15
