WOD: 1st puka CFEN session following yesterdays Virtuosity Class.  3 Rounds for Time of 400m run, 40 OH Squats My results 13:30. Used a 20kg bar for the Warm up and 10kg plate for Russian Twists. For the WOD change from 20kg bar to plastic pipe to maintain form.
