WOD: Completed this WOD at the 0600 session and the 1830 session. Cut off was 50 seconds to complete: Row 15 Calories 12 Burpees 1 x Rope Climb – scaled to 3 x pull ups from lying on the floor 50 x Double unders – scaled to single unders. Both attempts viscous!
