WOD: So 3 WODs in total we had a Team of 4 – Marks Men

  • WOD #1 – 16 minute AMRAP Row 10 Calories 1+ Burpee Box Jump The team reached 17 Burpees
  • WOD #2 – 12 minutes to Est 3 RM Hang Power Clean I managed a 70kg Hang Power Clean
  • WOD #3 – For Time 150 Wall Balls 50 Snatch My Snatch was awful only managed 40kg, but it was my first time.
