Skill / Strength: I managed the strict pull up session.

WOD: 3 Rounds for Time 30 x Box Jump Overs @24 inches 21 x KB Swings @ 24Kg 12 x Pull Ups.  KB Swings are a lot higher than I’m used to. Scaled the Pull up to using Rings.  Time 11:55
