Skill / Strength: 5th morning in a row. Deadlift – managed an easy 80kg tring to keep the correct form with hamstrings and gluts engaged.
WOD: WoD was hard, the Kettle Bell Run (yellow) turned into a walk for the last two runs. Scaled the Power Cleans from 50kg to 40kg.
