WOD: 3 Events for the team – Oundle Massiv Stuart Max Stewart

Event 1 600 Metre Row 400 Metre Run Each did 200 M Rowing and we ran together, however we then realised the clock stops when the final runner crosses the line. Therefore we should of all run individually after the row, with the fastest runner (Stuart) going last. Myself and Max where holding back Stuart.

Event 2 5RM deadlifts For this I managed a PR of 110kg same as Max.

Event 3 Double Unders 150 – 100 – 50 Synchro Burpees 21 – 15 – 9 As we were only doing singles we had to double the reps.
