WOD:  Team AlpinGainz – Complete with Team T-Shirts Managed a 0 for the Rowling warmup

Event 1 – killed me 600m Team Run – This as ok 30 Burpee over Box (30 inches) – still ok 400m Team Run – going downhill fast (not literally) 20 Burpee over Box – seems like a mountain 200m Team Run – call the ambulance 10 Burpee over Box – did this happen, maybe.

Event 2 – 10 Minutes to Establish Max Complex 3 Hang Power Cleans 2 Front Squats 1 x S2OH All with 70kg!

Event 3 – 100/80/60 – Double Unders 40/30/20 – Wall Balls 20/15/10 – Power Snatch 40Kg So I went last (least to do) 120 Singles 20 Wall Balls 10 Power Snatch with 35Kg
