Skill / Strength: Weighted Pull Up – Not Weighted for me just Strict 5 x 5 3 Rounds of 12 Neutral Grip Pull Up 15 Tricep Extension

WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP 21 Wall Balls 15 SA KB Swings 9 SA Push Press Used a 16kg KB (RX was 24) but really struggled with the Swings and Press. NO SCORE!!!
