Skill / Strength: Hang Snatch building to a heavy single. I managed to do 45Kg could of been more but needed to concentrate on form rather than weight.
WOD: EMOM for 16 Minutes 30 Second Max Cal Row 30 Second Goblin Squat (Yellow 16kg) 30 Second Max Burpee 30 Second Wall Ball (20lbs) resting for 30 seconds between movements. Managed to score 180, which was very low compared to others, who where 225ish.
