DEATH BY BURPEE OVER BAR

Skill / Strength: 

WOD: I quicker WoD today than yesterdays, “I hate Helen”. Skills \ Strength Sit down DB push ups and other shoulder routines (facedown on bench, roller up wall). WoD is Burpee over Bar EMOM Rx = 3,6,9,12,15.18…… I managed 15 and 12 (couldn’t get to 18 in time)
