Skill / Strength: Worked on Clean and Jerk then Every 30s for 8 minutes 1 x Clean and Jerk – I used 40kg

WOD: 5 Rounds For Time 21 Wall Balls 12 Clean & Jerk However we were allowed Jerk/push press/and press were all valid. My time 18:40
