Felt good this morning, only a cheeky two pints yesterday lunchtime which must of helped.
Skill / Strength: Prep for Grace
WOD: Used 50kg instead of the RX of 60kg. A bit disappointed I was 13 seconds slower than my previous attempt with the same weight in October. Must learn to squat under the Clean to then go straight into the Jerk in one movement.
