Skill / Strength: These were fine and completed using 60-70kg
WOD: For the WOD I scaled the weight as 21 @ 60kg looked a lot, therefore went for 40kg. Looking at my time I should have gone a bit heavier.
Looks like I completed this WOD before on 7th October 2016, same weight but an improved time previous time was 5 minutes 16 seconds. So with a new time of 4 minutes 30 seconds that’s 46 seconds faster.
