Skill / Strength: EMOM of 40 second Plank, 30 second Russian Twist (10kg plate), 20 second Ring Support

WOD: Quick and simple WOD today, managed to do all kipping Pull Ups which seemed like a rest compared to the 20 Wall Balls.  5 Rounds and 5 Reps (Pull Ups) completed.
