Skill / Strength: Avoided practising too much of Toes-To-Bar as I knew I could complete a few of these
WOD: 15 MIN AMRAP of 1 Mile Run (Buy In), then complete Maximum T2B. 5 Burpees to be completed each time you dismount from the bar. Completed the 1 mile run in 6 minutes 25 seconds. Then completed 6 sets of T2B with 5 Burpees in between sets. A total of 28 T2B (6,6,6,4,3,3) and 25 Burpees.
