Skill / Strength: Every 30 seconds for 7 minutes, 1 Clean& Split Jerk @ 40kg.

WOD: 6 minute AMRAP of 5 Dumbbell Clean & Jerk, and 5 Mat jumps.  Used 12.5 kg dumbbells for 9 Rounds 4 Reps.
