Skill / Strength: Managed a 3RM Ring Dip complete with 12kg Kettle Bell.
WOD: Not sure who JT is but this WOD soon took it’s toll. Paired with Pete (Rotten Egg Cha.sers) the 2nd round of Ring Dips failed, so had to scale it. Next to go was Press Ups but managed to hang on to them, just.
