Skill / Strength:  1RM Bent Over Barbell Row @ 80kg

WOD: 5 Minute EMOM of 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups, then as many Down Ups as possible in the remaining time.  Total number of Down Ups was 45, had to scale the Strict Handstand Push-ups after the first round to DB Strict Press with 2 x 12.5kg.
