Skill / Strength: EMOM for 9 Minutes, Lunges, Palo Squats…….

WOD: Partner WOD with Marc, shared reps while other partner Planks.  100 Dumbbell Thrusters using 15kg DBs, 75 Pull-ups, 50 Burpee Over Partner. Time was about 15 minutes.
