5 ROUNDS FOR TIME

Skill / Strength: Not done these before , started with a 30kg Bar and built up to a 80kg with 1 Rep each arm.

WOD: Completed with a 24kg Kettlebell (Red). Suitcase Carry using single arm KB, then 6 KB Deadlifts (at the side), 20 seconds Side Plank each side.
