Skill / Strength: Not done these before , started with a 30kg Bar and built up to a 80kg with 1 Rep each arm.

WOD: Completed with a 24kg Kettlebell (Red). Suitcase Carry using single arm KB, then 6 KB Deadlifts (at the side), 20 seconds Side Plank each side.

Skill / Strength: Hang Power Clean and Hang Clean Complex, 80kg completed failed on the Hang Clean @ 90kg.

WOD: That Classic CrossFit format, shoulder not feeling great so scaled to 50kg.

Skill / Strength: 1RM Temp Front Squat @ 90kg

WOD: Paired with Houghts, 50 Calorie Row each, split into 25 Calorie sets.   First set of T2B was 10 then broken down to smaller sets.
