THE DRUNKEN SPRINT

Skill / Strength:  This was so so Brutal, first couple of rows were fine but the Double KB Swings were awful.

WOD: So this WOD was easier than the previous Skill / Strength session, 50 Med-ball Cleans seems fine but quads were on FIRE! Time 4:39, would like to do this again fresh.

Skill / Strength:  EMOM with 55kg Pendlay Row

WOD: 17.5kg DB used for SA Thrusters which were ok. Burpee’s took their toll when it came to T2B.  First WOD with Amanada and Max!  Then did 250m Row TT.
