Skill / Strength: YGIG RDL’s @ 30kg reach 8 reps per round.
WOD: Scaled C2B to Pull-ups, used Green 24kg KB, and 24 inch Box – I think I was just under 13 minutes but failed to clock the time.

Skill / Strength: Just a quick warm up for the WOD
WOD: Rather a long WOD with not much rest. HSPU and the Burpees were the worst. Small rest after each run. Had to scale HSPU to 2 x ab-mats and a plate. Also used a Barbell rather than Dumbbells, which would be easier.

WOD: Teams of 4 but working in pairs, 13 min AMRAP, then 7 min AMRAP, then another 13 min AMRAP. Team Bros before Hoes (winners).
