WOD: Second attempt at this hoping to shorten the time and increase the Clean. Took 46 seconds off the time and went 6kg heavier.

Skill / Strength: Clean preperation.
WOD: Looked straight forward enough but Round 7 kicked in with a Bang. A steady pace and minimum rest is required. Finished rounds bang on 11 minutes, first Clean @81kg failed, 2nd attempt was good , and then managed an 82kg.

Had to opt for the Scaled version of 17.5 due to a lack of Double Unders.

- 55 Deadlifts at 225 lbs
- 55 Wall Balls using 20 lbs at 10 feet
- 55 Row Calories
- 55 Handstand Push-Ups
Within the 13 minutes I managed to complete the Deadlifts, Wall Balls, and Row.
