Skill / Strength: Warmed up with some Rowing and Ski ERG set 100m PRs for both (non-previous).

WOD: First set of Pull-ups managed 21 which is 4 more than my previous max-rep. then sets of 12, 14,12,10.  I stopped with 1 minute left on the clock after final set of pull-ups, in theory should of run to add to score.

WOD: Angie alone in Open Gym

100 Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

100 Abmat Sit-ups

100 Air Squats

Took 9 minutes to complete Pull-ups, and a further 9 minutes for the Push-ups. Completing with a time of 28:42.

Skill / Strength: 80kg Clean and Jerk, 1kg off PR.

WOD: Wimped out on this one and went for 30kg instead of 42.5kg.  Reasonable sets of Pull  Ups (11,10 – 7,8 – 9). 4 minutes 58 seconds – next time RX!

Skill / Strength: Clean & Jerk (2 + 1) : 1 Rep Max @ 80kg

WOD: Scaled weight to meet 4 minute time cap. Previous PR was 3:35 at 50kg, todays time 3:10.  Next time RX the weight.
