ROMWOD stands for Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. It is a subscription website that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimise athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity.

ROMWOD should be performed when the muscles are cold and not performed before or after training.  With a subscription you get access to the weekly program of daily videos which normally last about 20 minutes.  In addition to this, usually on Thursdays a Warrior session is included which which can last about 45 minutes.


This program was designed by CrossFitters to address the number one limiting factor of all athletes, their range of motion!

The service is accessed via a web browser and the videos are streamed live.  Therefore you need internet access to view the videos.

Alternative online Yoga style services are available, such as Yogaia.  These offer similar Yin Stretching sessions at a lower cost.  But the unique selling point of ROMWOD is its specifically aimed at CrossFit athletes with the specific focus on improving your  range of motion.
