Skill / Strength: Bar Muscle-up Progression
WOD: So went a little lighter on the KB Swings at 20kg. Started each Round with a single Muscle-up then reverted to Pull-ups. Last set did single Muscle-up then transitioned straight into 7 Pull-ups. Struggling with linking two Muscle-ups together.

Skill / Strength: T2B could be a lot better with practice, only managing to string 9/10 together before turning into a monkey.
WOD: AMRAP in Teams of 3 for 21 Minutes (you go, I go). 15 Calorie Row 12 Box Jumps @24 9 Toes to Bar Teamed with Tee and Jeff 12 Rounds completed and 1 Rep (Calorie).
