Skill / Strength: Managed 5 Strict Chest to Bar, the rest was mundane.
WOD: Didn’t enjoy this WOD, Strict C2B and Burpee over Box, rather dull to be honest.

WOD: Teamed with Rory and Rob – Burpee over Box @ 20/24/30, Thrusters 40/50/60kg, @ 60kg I could only manage sets of 3 instead of the usual 5. MUs scaled to C2B. Time not recorded.

WOD: Sprint Chipper – Time Cap of 5 mins. Finished all but 3 Burpee Over Box. Completed 1 Muscle Up then C2B. Also scaled to 24inch Box.
