Skill / Strength: 26kg weighted Pull-up, PR.  Max Rep pull-ups was 8 but could and should of pushed for more.

WOD: Scaled the WOD with Single Unders instead of Doubles.  Managed a set of 17 pull ups unbroken for the first set.

WOD: 5 Minute AMRAP of 4-8-12-16-20-24……… DB Snatch, then 20 Double Unders. Completed 3 Rounds and 20 Reps.
