WOD: Second attempt at this hoping to shorten the time and increase the Clean. Took 46 seconds off the time and went 6kg heavier.

Skill / Strength: Clean preperation.
WOD: Looked straight forward enough but Round 7 kicked in with a Bang. A steady pace and minimum rest is required. Finished rounds bang on 11 minutes, first Clean @81kg failed, 2nd attempt was good , and then managed an 82kg.

Attended the 10am Class this morning as I was running errands earlier in the morning.
Skill / Strength: Paired with Ben we worked are way up to a 2RM Hang Squat Clean of 70kg.
WOD: 3 RFT of 20 calore Row, and 20 Dumbbell Front Squat. Sounds fine but it soon took its toll. Used 2 x 15kg DB, so 30kg! Respectable score of 5 minutes 55 seconds.
