Skill / Strength: Just a quick warm up for the WOD
WOD: Rather a long WOD with not much rest. HSPU and the Burpees were the worst. Small rest after each run. Had to scale HSPU to 2 x ab-mats and a plate. Also used a Barbell rather than Dumbbells, which would be easier.

WOD: So Double Unders are back to Haunt me again, really need to bag these. Scaled to 2 x Singles, first set broke at around 130 which was rather unfortunate. 20kg DB used for the Snatch.

Skill / Strength: 3RM Pendalay Row @ 65kg
WOD: Sprint Chipper – Time Cap of 5 mins. Finished all but 3 Burpee Over Box. Completed 1 Muscle Up then C2B. Also scaled to 24inch Box.

Skill / Strength: EMOM for 9 mins – 1 Snatch
WOD: 5 Minute AMRAP of 4-8-12-16-20-24……… DB Snatch, then 20 Double Unders. Completed 3 Rounds and 20 Reps.

WOD: EMOM 8 Single Arm Snatches then Max Burpee Over Mat, score of 29.

Skill / Strength: Single Leg Box Jumps highlights major issues with my right knee. This is obviously something I need to work on.
WOD: Snatches using 22.5kg DB and a plate, time 8:33.
