Skill / Strength: Touch Rugby!
WOD: Open Gym Session where we attempted two British Hero WODs. The first Holkham, Used Green 24kg Kettlebell and RX’d the first Round. However after 10 Pull-ups of the second round scaled to Ring Rows as hands were torn to pieces. Time was 32:50. Next up was Fox, I scaled everything for this, Front Squats should have been @ Bodyweight (94 kg), but I used 40kg, Box Jumps were @ 24 inches, I went for 20. Then I replaced Double Unders with Singles. Time was 7:00.

Skill / Strength: Squats were good today the 2 second hold resulted in better depth than normal. Matched the PR of a single, so with the pause this is an improvement.
WOD: That damn Assault Bike, 1 minute for maximum calories. This is always the longest minute in the world ever!!!! Calories clocked 34.

Attended the 10am Class this morning as I was running errands earlier in the morning.
Skill / Strength: Paired with Ben we worked are way up to a 2RM Hang Squat Clean of 70kg.
WOD: 3 RFT of 20 calore Row, and 20 Dumbbell Front Squat. Sounds fine but it soon took its toll. Used 2 x 15kg DB, so 30kg! Respectable score of 5 minutes 55 seconds.
