WOD: With a 30 minute time-cap and a previous score of 31:02 I had to push it. Time 29:32

WOD: Rx’d with a time of 6:17 – Sub 6 has got to be the goal with less rest.

WOD: Sunday Girly WOD with Jamie, smashed my previous time by nearly 2 minutes. New PR 9:48!
Steady Row however need to finish correctly, came up short.

Skill / Strength: Warmed up with some Rowing and Ski ERG set 100m PRs for both (non-previous).
WOD: First set of Pull-ups managed 21 which is 4 more than my previous max-rep. then sets of 12, 14,12,10. I stopped with 1 minute left on the clock after final set of pull-ups, in theory should of run to add to score.
