Skill / Strength: Just a quick warm up for the WOD
WOD: Rather a long WOD with not much rest. HSPU and the Burpees were the worst. Small rest after each run. Had to scale HSPU to 2 x ab-mats and a plate. Also used a Barbell rather than Dumbbells, which would be easier.

WOD: Scaled down from 100kg to 80kg, but managed HSPU with a couple of Ab-mats. 25 Rounds dead.

WOD: Started with HSPU but had to revert to Push Press when arms and shoulders blew!

WOD: Eventually scaled HSPU to HR Push Ups, three rounds and 53 reps completed before Time Cap expired.

WOD: Team Spinning Cycle, managed the majority of HSPU but scaled the last few.
