11 MINUTE AMRAP

Thursday 8th June 2017

Skill / Strength: E2M For 10 minutes 2 Push Press. Started at 50kg then increased weight to 60, 70, 72, and finally 73kg which is a new 2RM PR.

WOD: HSPU Reps started at 2, then increased by 2 each round 2,4,6,8,10…….. After the first three rounds scaled the HSPU to Push-ups.

 

12 MINUTE AMRAP

Monday 6th March 2017

Still sore from 17.2!

Skill / Strength: Handstands are getting stronger but not walking yet.

WOD: Started with the first two rounds doing HSPU, then scaled to using the Box.  Double Unders replaced with 60 Single Unders.

20 MINUTE AMRAP

Thursday 16th February 2017

Four hours sleep as I was up at 2am completing some work.

Skill / Strength: Handstand Push ups, completed my FIRST STRICT HSPU!

WOD: Teamed with Helen and Lauren where we managed over 16 rounds!  I completed my rounds with kipping HSPU.

First true session for 5 days!

Skill / Strength: While I can do HSPU there is a limited number I can do.

WOD: The first two or three rounds managed to RX with HSPU, however when they’re gone they’re gone!

Therefor scaled to push-ups for the remaining rounds.
