Skill / Strength: EMOM with 32kg KB for SA Farmers Carry and 4 x Rope Climbs per minute.
WOD: Pull-Ups and Burpees not the best prep for HSPU, struggled to do a set of five then quickly reduced down to singles. With a time cap of 15 minutes 4 Rounds completed and 12 Reps (40 x Pull-ups, 40 x Burpees and 34 x HSPU). Then set a first PR for 250m Ski Erg 52.9 seconds.

WOD: Rx’d the first round then went Chest to Bar. The longest 20 minutes EVER!

WOD: Whiteboard says RX but was removed as I used 2 x Ab Mats and 20kg Plates. I will re-do this WOD and RX it for real!

Skill / Strength: Max Rope Pull Ups 3, then 4.
WOD: Scaled Strict to Kipping HSPU, used a 22.5kg DB, and my scores for each round were 20, 12, 2. Total score 34 which looks rather low. The first set of HSPU completed an unbroken 10!

Skill / Strength: E2M For 10 minutes 2 Push Press. Started at 50kg then increased weight to 60, 70, 72, and finally 73kg which is a new 2RM PR.
WOD: HSPU Reps started at 2, then increased by 2 each round 2,4,6,8,10…….. After the first three rounds scaled the HSPU to Push-ups.
