WOD: Teamed with Marc: 800m Wall Ball Run, then 6 Rounds of 15 x Hang Power Cleans, and 15 x Burpee Box Jumps.

Skill / Strength: New Hang power Clean PR for 5RM @ 75kg
WOD: Scaled this as 60kg would have been very slow and speed was required. Used 50kg (unbroken Hang Power Cleans), and broke up the Push Press into 2 sets with scores of 12, 10, 13.

WOD: HR (Hand Release) Push Up, and 16kg KB used for Hang Power Cleans. 4 Rounds completed (16s) with 16 Reps of the next round completed. So a Score of 4 Rounds 16 Reps (16+16).

Skill / Strength: Started EMOM using 40kg then worked up to 64.5kg (40, 45, 50, 55, 57, 60, 62, 63, 64, 65.5). Chin Up I started with 8kg Pink KB, then 12kg Blue KB (x4) then 16kg Yellow (x5).
WOD: No Weight Sepcified for Weighted Box Step-up but used 2 x 16kg KBs. 4 Rounds 11 Reps.

Skill / Strength: These were fine and completed using 60-70kg
WOD: For the WOD I scaled the weight as 21 @ 60kg looked a lot, therefore went for 40kg. Looking at my time I should have gone a bit heavier.
Looks like I completed this WOD before on 7th October 2016, same weight but an improved time previous time was 5 minutes 16 seconds. So with a new time of 4 minutes 30 seconds that’s 46 seconds faster.
