Skill / Strength: Maxed out at 90kg (11 short of PR) but this was with a 3-3-1 tempo.
WOD: Medicine Ball Cleans and Abmat Sit-Ups. Also new PR for the 100m Ski Erg 18.9 seconds.

Skill / Strength: Hang Power Clean and Hang Clean Complex, 80kg completed failed on the Hang Clean @ 90kg.
WOD: That Classic CrossFit format, shoulder not feeling great so scaled to 50kg.

Skill / Strength: Wall Balls (32X1), 3 seconds decent, 2 second old, 1 second accent. The only throw is on the last rep. Wednesday’s have now been redefined as Short Shorts Wednesday.
