Skill / Strength: Bar Muscle-up Progression
WOD: So went a little lighter on the KB Swings at 20kg. Started each Round with a single Muscle-up then reverted to Pull-ups. Last set did single Muscle-up then transitioned straight into 7 Pull-ups. Struggling with linking two Muscle-ups together.

Skill / Strength: Not done Squat Cleans for a while and was more focused on depth rather than weight.
WOD: Didn’t RX the weight for Squat Cleans only used 50kg, also scaled Muscle-ups to C2B and Pull-ups.

WOD: Scaled the Muscle-up to Chest-to-Bar and Strict Pull-up. Also Singles instead of Double Unders.
