Skill / Strength: Not the best Bench Press session managed the tempo with 70kg, 80kg was a bit much.
WOD: As I can’t yet link Bar Muscle Ups, I went for C2B. I really really hate Turkish Get Ups!!!!

Skill / Strength: Went up to 70kg for the Bent Over Row. 20kg Plate Hold
WOD: Scaled C2B to Kipping Pull-ups, also 60 singles instead of Double Unders. 3 Rounds 40 Reps.

Skill / Strength: E2M for 10 Minutes 2 x Power Snatch – 45,45,50,50,55kg
WOD: Forgot Whiteboard pictures.
Hero WOD Randy but with a 5 minute time cap!
Randy is 75 Power Snatches @ 35kg (normally for time)
Scaled this down to 30kg in an attempt to finish, managed 68.

WOD: Scaled DUs for 200 Singles, but completed within time.

Skill / Strength: Strict HSPU 5 Reps with 2 x Abmats, 2 Reps with 1 x Abmat.
WOD: DB Thrusters using 2 x 15kg, Scaled Ring Dips to Hand Release Push-ups.

WOD: Similar to Grab & Go (Noteable) but without a prescribed weight. Used 50kg but should of gone 55-60.
