Skill / Strength: YGIG RDL’s @ 30kg reach 8 reps per round.
WOD: Scaled C2B to Pull-ups, used Green 24kg KB, and 24 inch Box – I think I was just under 13 minutes but failed to clock the time.

Skill / Strength: Just a quick warm up for the WOD
WOD: Rather a long WOD with not much rest. HSPU and the Burpees were the worst. Small rest after each run. Had to scale HSPU to 2 x ab-mats and a plate. Also used a Barbell rather than Dumbbells, which would be easier.

Skill / Strength: HSPU and Power Cleans
WOD: Scaled down from 100kg to 80kg, but managed HSPU with a couple of Ab-mats. 25 Rounds dead.

Skill / Strength: Managed a few dubious Butterfly Pull Ups
WOD: OH Squat scaled to 30kg, at the weight could complete 15 in a single set. Next time RX!

Skill / Strength: Snatch Balance 1RM at 50kg
WOD: Scaled to 45kg and a time of 3:11 – 57 seconds slower with that weight.

WOD: So Double Unders are back to Haunt me again, really need to bag these. Scaled to 2 x Singles, first set broke at around 130 which was rather unfortunate. 20kg DB used for the Snatch.
