WOD: Similar to Grab & Go (Noteable) but without a prescribed weight. Used 50kg but should of gone 55-60.

WOD: RX’d this as weight wasn’t too bad. First attempt at this WOD and was very gassy.

Skill / Strength: 1RM Weighted Chin Up – using 32kg Kettlebell managed 1 Chin Up.
WOD: This WOD is a reduced version ok Kelly which is 5 rounds. BTWB referes this as Mini Kelly, my time 16:22.

Skill / Strength: Bench Press 1RM – 90kg done, 10kg short of my PR!
WOD: Death By Burpees Over Bar – managed to hit 15 within a minute but didn’t think I would hit 18 within the next minute so I ended at 15 (as did Carina). Looking back we should have pushed and tried to complete as many reps as possible of the 18 reps round which would have increased scores.

Skill / Strength: I think this is the first time attempted Push Jerk, managed 5RM @ 60kg.
WOD: A returned WOD from August 16 with similar reps. RX’d with 50 but after the first round of 15 I had to break up the remaining rounds and complete two penalty runs (7,5 and 5,4). Time 12:31.
