Skill / Strength: Clean preperation.
WOD: Looked straight forward enough but Round 7 kicked in with a Bang. A steady pace and minimum rest is required. Finished rounds bang on 11 minutes, first Clean @81kg failed, 2nd attempt was good , and then managed an 82kg.
Saturday 24th February 2018
WOD: In a teams of three but paired with Tony and we went at our own pace. Completed 9 Rounds and 5 Reps using the RX weights.
Tuesday 13th February 2018
Skill / Strength: Sumo Deadlift using slow Tempo reached 70kg.
WOD: Row was a bit of a slog, but attacked the Cleans at a good pace. Time 6:19
Friday 26th January 2018
Skill / Strength: This felt more like a WOD.
WOD: Started with 40kg Bar and worked up. Power Cleaned at 80kg but missed the Hang Clean. Dropped down to 75kg and completed the complex.

Skill / Strength: Started first Set with 90kg then increased to 130kg.
WOD: Rx’d this with a few breaks.

Skill / Strength: Clean complex @ 75kg
WOD: Similar to Grab & Go (Noteable) but without a prescribed weight. Used 50kg but should of gone 55-60.

Skill / Strength: 100m Sprint UPHILL! 14 and a bit seconds.
WOD: Today’s WOD has been brought to us by Sophie, with the title referencing Charlie’s stamina!
