Skill / Strength: Sumo Deadlift using slow Tempo reached 70kg.
WOD: Row was a bit of a slog, but attacked the Cleans at a good pace. Time 6:19

Skill / Strength: This felt more like a WOD.
WOD: Started with 40kg Bar and worked up. Power Cleaned at 80kg but missed the Hang Clean. Dropped down to 75kg and completed the complex.

Skill / Strength: Started first Set with 90kg then increased to 130kg.
WOD: Rx’d this with a few breaks.

Skill / Strength: Clean complex @ 75kg
WOD: Similar to Grab & Go (Noteable) but without a prescribed weight. Used 50kg but should of gone 55-60.

WOD: Elizabeth with a 50kg bar instead of the RX 60kg. 2nd attempt at this WoD this time heavier and faster. Managed the first set of 21 unbroken. Time 6:37

Skill / Strength: I believe this is the first time I’ve done Sumo Deadlift. Therefore new PR set for 3RM @100kg
WOD: Teamed with Alpen Stu, scaled the weight down from 60kg to 40kg. Time 16:21
