Skill / Strength: I like the Muscle Snatch, 1RM @ 57.5 kg which is a new PR by 12.5 kg!
WOD: This was a nasty EMOM, even scaling down to 30kg (after the first round) I struggled to get 10 Power Snatches and visit the Bar within the minute. I only scored four rounds times (3,2,1,1). Maybe the refreshments from the night before were taking their toll!

WOD: EMOM start with 4 Reps, then increaseing by two each round of Dumbbell Snatch and Box Jump-Overs @24 inches. Used a 15kg DB elevated on a plate.

WOD: Very spicy,very quickly RX with a score of 3 Rounds +8
