Skill / Strength: 26kg weighted Pull-up, PR.  Max Rep pull-ups was 8 but could and should of pushed for more.

WOD: Scaled the WOD with Single Unders instead of Doubles.  Managed a set of 17 pull ups unbroken for the first set.

Skill / Strength: Chasing Gainz…..

WOD: Broke up the 32 pull-ups, but managed single sets of the 16 and 8.  If only I could improve on my running.
