Skill / Strength: No S/S today due to the Hero WOD!

WOD: Murph! in teams.  Team Stew’s Dirty Whores consisted of Carina, Sophie, and myself.  Carina completed 2 of the initila 400m runs, we then split the movements with Sophie completing 2 x 400m runs to end.
