Skill / Strength: Upside down time!
WOD: Whiteboard says RX but was removed as I used 2 x Ab Mats and 20kg Plates. I will re-do this WOD and RX it for real!

Skill / Strength: Weighted Ring Dips, managed 15kg and 16kg, but failed at 20kg.
WOD: Used a 16kg (yellow) Kettlebell, just like some of the girls. Also I mainly used my right arm!

WOD: 32kg (green) KB used and RX’d with 40kg SDHP.
