WOD: 1 Mile Run 100 Kettlebell Swings @24kg – 13:24 (apparently I should of gone heavier, same weight as Carina and Soph).

WOD: Paired with the Legend Jeff, no times, just got it done. 20kg Plate used for G2OH.

Skill / Strength: Warmed up with some Rowing and Ski ERG set 100m PRs for both (non-previous).
WOD: First set of Pull-ups managed 21 which is 4 more than my previous max-rep. then sets of 12, 14,12,10. I stopped with 1 minute left on the clock after final set of pull-ups, in theory should of run to add to score.

Skill / Strength: 40kg Barbell used for Hip Thrusts!
WOD: Karen’s 150 Wall Balls with a few runs and a little bit of rest thrown in. My time 14:14, did Charlie tell us he used a 30 pound WB!
