Skill / Strength: Front squat previous PR was 101kg, today PR’d with 102kg.
WOD: Teamed with Marc both completed 600m run, and 4 rounds each of Wall Balls and Plank.

Skill / Strength: 1RM Deadlift @ 170kg PR!
WOD: Not bad, but 1.5 seconds slower than my PR.

Skill / Strength: 100m Sprint UPHILL! 14 and a bit seconds.
WOD: Today’s WOD has been brought to us by Sophie, with the title referencing Charlie’s stamina!

Skill / Strength: 2RM Hang Power Snatch @ 61kg PR! Must learn to squat under the bar rather than muscle it up.
WOD: Did similar WOD in October with 5 sets of 300m. Performance dropped off dramatically with each set.
Monday 4th September 2017
Skill / Strength: Weighted Ring Dips, managed 15kg and 16kg, but failed at 20kg.
WOD: Used a 16kg (yellow) Kettlebell, just like some of the girls. Also I mainly used my right arm!

Skill / Strength: Battle of the Double Unders (Pedo Pete and I): The pressure was on with Pete winning the toss and opting me to go first. I managed to match my PR and the Pete, some how couldn’t quiet match it. The margin of victory was slim but the honor was handed to my graceful self. Winners Win! Front Squat (3-2-1) 5 Reps @ 70kg.
WOD: Its not my legs its my heart! Rx’d @ 40kg with a time of 7:55.
