Skill / Strength: Banded (Red) Bench Press @ 70kg

WOD: Completed the Row in 3:48, 100 Wall Balls I broke down into a set of 20 the 10-15. This was the first WOD where I attempted Double Unders,  managed 2 unbroken then all singles.  Happy with the RX but need to practice DUs a lot.
