WOD: Teamed with Marc: 800m Wall Ball Run, then 6 Rounds of 15 x Hang Power Cleans, and 15 x Burpee Box Jumps.

Skill / Strength: The Houghton Hammer came in at 19.35 seconds
WOD: The Pocket Rocket was very gassy with a time of 16:10. Ed’s Birthday + Bacon Friday!!!!

Skill / Strength: Banded (Red) Bench Press @ 70kg
WOD: Completed the Row in 3:48, 100 Wall Balls I broke down into a set of 20 the 10-15. This was the first WOD where I attempted Double Unders, managed 2 unbroken then all singles. Happy with the RX but need to practice DUs a lot.

Skill / Strength: Weighted Chin-up managed 5RM @15kg, then 1RM @20kg
WOD: Used 20kg Dumbbells which proved tuff, managed to get through it even if some Squat Cleans could have been judged as Power Cleans!
