Virtuosity: Pull, Press, Squat, Hinge: 21-15-9 Strict Pull-ups, Press Ups, Sandbag Cleans, Sandbag Squats

Skill / Strength: This was just pure pain! No Weight for the Lunges and a 45kg Sandbag.
WOD: Started with 40kg Bar, however after 10 Reps, lowered this to 30kg.
