Skill / Strength: None today!

WOD: RX’d this as weight wasn’t too bad.  First attempt at this WOD and was very gassy.

3 Rounds, 1 Minute per Station

  • Wall Ball @20lbs and 10 feet
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull @35kg
  • Box Jumps @20 inches
  • Push Press @35kg
  • Row (calories)
  • Rest

Skill / Strength: First go at Weighted Ring Pull-ups,  managed a nice 3RM @16Kg (Kettlebell),  I did attempt 24kg but didn’t manage a single rep.

WOD: RX’d this WOD time limit was 12 minutes which was generous, however the SDHP soon got spicy and had to break these down in to sets of 5. the Burpees were a struggle but made slow progress with a few breathers.

Skill / Strength: Hang Cleans 3 x 100% Managed 65kg but this was messy, 60kg was better
