WOD: Scaled Double Unders to Single Unders (one for one), 305 Single Unders, 24 Bench Press, 61 Calories Rowed, Score = 395.

Skill / Strength: Used 20kg Dumbells, calves took a hammering on the High Heel Walk.
WOD: Scaled Double Unders for double the quantity of Single Unders, as I’ve only ever managed to link 2 Double Unders together.

Had to opt for the Scaled version of 17.5 due to a lack of Double Unders.

Skill / Strength: Managed a PR increase by 5kg for the 5RM Back Squat, PR now stands at 85kg.
WOD: This is a variation of Annie, I had to scale each Double Under to twice as many Single Under. Air Squat was fine though!
