Skill / Strength: Warmed up with 50kg but completed the EMOM with 45kg.

WOD: Attempted Isabel in November 2016 and scaled to 40kg  with a Time of 3:49.  Went a bit heavier this time with 45kg and a faster time of 2 minutes 14 seconds, BIG improvement in 6 months!

Skill / Strength: E2M For 10 minutes 2 Push Press. Started at 50kg then increased weight to 60, 70, 72, and finally 73kg which is a new 2RM PR.

WOD: HSPU Reps started at 2, then increased by 2 each round 2,4,6,8,10…….. After the first three rounds scaled the HSPU to Push-ups.

Skill / Strength: Hang Snatch prep for the WOD.

WOD: Team Che’s Socks (due to us all wearing trainer socks) consisted of Charlotte, Lauren and I.  After us all contributing to the 2500m Row, moved swiftly onto the the Hang Snatch.  I completed 60kg, but 70kg proved too much.  Against the clock I managed 62kg but this was judged to be a Power Snatch rather than a Hang Snatch.
