WOD: Didn’t enjoy this WOD, Strict C2B and Burpee over Box, rather dull to be honest.

Skill / Strength: Weighted Vest (10kg), 24kg Kettlebell (Green).
WOD: Did Lynne in October last year with 70kg and a score of 45 Bench Presses and 31 Strict Pull-ups (76). RX is your Body Weight. This time only it a score of 73!!

Skill / Strength: I like the Muscle Snatch, 1RM @ 57.5 kg which is a new PR by 12.5 kg!
WOD: This was a nasty EMOM, even scaling down to 30kg (after the first round) I struggled to get 10 Power Snatches and visit the Bar within the minute. I only scored four rounds times (3,2,1,1). Maybe the refreshments from the night before were taking their toll!
