Skill / Strength: Strict HSPU 5 Reps with 2 x Abmats, 2 Reps with 1 x Abmat.

WOD: DB Thrusters using 2 x 15kg, Scaled Ring Dips to Hand Release Push-ups.

Skill / Strength: 80kg Clean and Jerk, 1kg off PR.

WOD: Wimped out on this one and went for 30kg instead of 42.5kg.  Reasonable sets of Pull  Ups (11,10 – 7,8 – 9). 4 minutes 58 seconds – next time RX!

Skill / Strength: E4M a set for 16 Minutes

WOD: Scaled this WOD to 2 x 15kg instead of the RX of 2 x 22kg. In hindsight should of gone a bit heavier. Also didn’t attempt Legless Rope Climbs but did 4 normal Rope Climbs instead.

Skill / Strength: Battle of the Double Unders (Pedo Pete and I):  The pressure was on with Pete winning the toss and opting me to go first.  I managed to match my PR and the Pete, some how couldn’t quiet match it.  The margin of victory was slim but the honor was handed to my graceful self.  Winners Win!  Front Squat (3-2-1) 5 Reps @ 70kg.

WOD: Its not my legs its my heart! Rx’d @ 40kg with a time of 7:55.
