WOD: Cruel WOD dreamt up by Max Fleckney, Fran is hard enough without Burpees, RX’d with 40kg and a time of 10:38.

Skill / Strength: Warm-up
WOD: Myself and Jim (Guinea pigs) testing out this new WOD for Jack. With the two minutes rest it doesn’t look too bad on paper. The first round was OK with a score of 9! However the two minutes to recover proved to be a challenge, my scores the the remaining rounds was 4,5,4,1,1,3. The 10 Burpee Over Rower was the killer. The New App Box Mate was made available to us.

Skill / Strength: Front Rack Carry with 110kg bar, Farmers Carry using 60kg, Hang hold for 40 second intervals.
WOD: Unusual format, went a bit light on the Farmers Carry using 24kg.

WOD: Team Dad’s Army (Jeff, Pete and I) not a bad effort two two hang-overs between us. Thrusters @ 40kg, Ammo was 2 x 10kg Plates.
